Black Ink + Colour
What better way is there to capture your pet’s image than by having their very own portrait done?
I can do either full body artwork of your pets or portraits – both are the same price. I will keep digital copies of every portrait (or image) I do, these photos may be used for advertising my services either on this website or elsewhere.
I produce all the pet portraits myself by hand from the photo that you provide me with.В You can choose the size of the portrait and the medium you require – see price below.
(Please note: the photographs of my artwork on this page have come out darker than the actual portraits and colours may look different. All portraits in these photos are drawn on white paper).

Pencil, no colour
– Full payment is required before I begin the portrait. If you are not satisfied with the portrait I can either create another for you (free of charge) either from the same photo or a different photo or refund your money.
– Free P&P (postage and packaging) to any country, within reason. “Within reason” means that countries where the cost of postage is more than half the payment made do not qualify for free postage. In these cases the buyer will have to pay extra for postage. “Within reason” also means that some countries may be excluded from this offer at my discretion.
– The portraits will be rolled in a cardboard tube and sent to you by Royal Mail 2nd Class or as appropriate to your location in the world.
– Portraits are not framed.
How To Order
Black Ink (no colour)
1) Click the “buy now” button and make your payment (this is through PayPal so your transaction is secure and independent of this site; you can also pay by credit card via this button if you do not have a PayPal account).
2) Next email me at maddia[at]msn[dot]com with the subject ‘Pet Portrait’ and we will discuss your requirements in detail.
3) Attach to your email one clear, good quality photograph of your pet to the email and state the size (either A4 or A5) that you would like the portrait to be and which medium you require e.g. pencil OR pencil + colour OR black ink OR black ink + colour – as examples.
4) Include in the email the address to post the portrait to and any other relavent information.
5) I will email you back a confirmation email with the details of your pet portrait and the delivery address.
6) Once the payment has come through I will begin your pet’s portrait (usually a day or so).
7) Please allow at least 30 days for me to produce your pet portrait (if it will be longer I will email you before beginning). I aim to draw your pet as soon as possible, but in times of high demand (e.g Christmas) there may be a queue.
8) When the Portrait is finished I will show you a copy online for approval. If, for some reason, you are not entirely happy with the finished portrait I will endeavour to work with you to make any required changes. If that fails I can either produce another for you or refund your money.
9) Once you have approved the portrait by email I will then email you to let you know which day I will be posting it.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ONCE A PORTRAIT IS APPROVED BY EMAIL, PAYMENT THEN BECOMES NON-REFUNDABLE. “Approved by email” means where you write “I approve the portrait” or any similar phrase of the same reasonable interpretation, such as “I agree the portrait, go ahead and mail it to me.”
